आपकी बात से लगता है कि मन में चिंता/बेचैनी और माँ के प्रति अधिक फिक्र बनी रहती है। आयुर्वेद में इसे अक्सर वात-पित्त असंतुलन, मानसिक तनाव और मनोवह स्रोतस की अशांति से जोड़ा जाता है। –Rx 1) Saraswatarishta 15 ml + 15 ml पानी मिलाकर, भोजन के बाद दिन में 2 बार 2) Brahmi Vati 1 गोली सुबह-शाम, भोजन के बाद 3) Ashwagandha Churna 3 gm रात को गुनगुने दूध के साथ —Lifestyle / Pathya रोज़ Anulom-Vilom + Bhramari Pranayama 10–15 मिनट रात में देर तक मोबाइल, चाय-कॉफी, तीखा-खट्टा भोजन कम करें सोने से पहले पैरों के तलवों पर तिल तेल/घी से मालिश करें हल्का, सात्त्विक और समय पर भोजन लें —for better understanding go with personal consultation bcz councelling is important here

इस बेचैनी का मुख्य कारण आयुर्वेद के अनुसार वात दोष की वृद्धि (वात दुष्टि) है। 🧘‍♀️ अनुलोम-विलोम और भ्रामरी प्राणायाम लाभदायक रहेंगे, लेकिन इन्हें केवल सुबह जल्दी करना चाहिए। ❌ किसी भी प्रकार के नशे से दूर रहें। ❌ चाय, कॉफी और कोल्ड ड्रिंक्स/एरेटेड ड्रिंक्स का सेवन न करें। 📱 स्क्रीन टाइम कम करें। अंधेरे में स्क्रीन न देखें और सोने से 1 घंटे पहले मोबाइल/टीवी का उपयोग बंद करें। 🎧 सोने से पहले दृश्य (वीडियो) की बजाय ऑडियो रूप में जानकारी सुनें। 🚶‍♂️ दोनों समय के भोजन के बाद 100 कदम चलना आवश्यक है। 🍲 केवल घर का बना ताज़ा भोजन करें। ❌ बाहर का खाना, पैक्ड और प्रोसेस्ड फूड से बचें। 🥥 पैक्ड ड्रिंक्स की जगह प्राकृतिक पेय लें जैसे — फल का रस, नारियल पानी, नींबू पानी, कोकम शरबत आदि। 💊 औषधियाँ: Panchendriya Vardhan Tailam सुबह खाली पेट दोनों नाक में 2-2 बूंद डालें। Cap. Memorine 2 कैप्सूल दिन में दो बार भोजन से पहले लें। Syp. Prasham रात को सोते समय 4 चम्मच गुनगुने पानी के साथ लें। Tab. Manasmitra Vatak रात को सोते समय 2 गोलियां लें।
