Suppressing Shukra Vega (sexual urge) in Ayurveda is called vega dharana and can lead to uneasiness, chest discomfort, anxiety, heaviness in heart region due to Vata aggravation and mental stress. This is not only physical, it is also manas (mental) imbalance, so treatment should calm both body and mind. Simple Ayurvedic treatment and dose 1. For calming mind and heart Ashwagandha Dose 500 mg twice daily with milk Brahmi Dose 250 mg twice daily 2. For Shukra balance and release of tension Kapikacchu churna Dose 3 grams at night with milk Shatavari churna Dose 3 grams twice daily with milk 3. For heart uneasiness Arjuna powder Dose 3 grams twice daily with warm water or milk External and lifestyle Daily abhyanga with sesame oil especially chest and lower abdomen Warm water bath after massage Practice deep breathing and Anulom Vilom 10 minutes twice daily Avoid suppression of natural urges

Reduce screen time… No screen in darkness and 1 hour before you sleep. Consume audio form of data rather than visuals before you sleep. Filter the content of data you consume… Let it be spiritual or positive… ?? Drink a glass of buffalo milk daily before you sleep; it will help you get a sound sleep. ?? 100 steps after both meals are must. ?? Eat only home cooked food… Avoid outside food, packed and processed food. ?? Prefer natural liquids like fruit juice, coconut water, lemon juice, kokum sharbat over packed ones. ?? Medication: ?? Panchendriya Vardhan Tailam 2 drops in each nostril early in the morning empty stomach. Cap. Memorin(S.G.Phytopharma) 2 caps twice a day before food. Syp.
