I am really feeling lost and overwhelmed lately. Seems like anxiety and depression keep getting the better of me. Juggling work, kids, and everything else is just getting too much, you know? Anyway, past few months have been a rollercoaster. Ever since my youngest started school, daily routine's a chaos, and my mind just won't stop racing. Just my lucky day—when everything should get easier, I get hit with anxiety and depression and it feels like a double whammy, right? Morning time is the worst, trying to get out of bed takes forever and when I do, my head's spinning with a thousand worries. I start thinking why anxiety and depression got me and why can't I just shake it off like others do? Tried meditating, even green smoothies, but nothing sticks somehow. I mean, do you think there's some Ayurvedic way that actually tackles anxiety and depression? Like real herbs or practices or whatever. I've heard bits and pieces about Ashwagandha—could that be the key or am I just grasping at straws? Ideally something that fits into my already packed day, since anxiety and depression already eat up so much of my time. Thoughts? Experiences? Feeling kinda stuck here.
