my wife suffering from depression, anxiety and overthinking from last 6 months. presently she is taking medicine rexipra 10 BD and toficalm 50 BD and etizolam .25 sos. pls advise me have treatment in ayurbeda Thanks and Reagrad

Ayurveda can support anxiety, sleep, and emotional balance, but please do not stop her current medicines suddenly. Treatment should be gradual and supportive. Keep her routine calm and regular. Proper sleep, light exercise, meditation, and warm homemade food are very important. Avoid excess caffeine, late nights, and overthinking triggers as much as possible. Brahmi vati – 1 tablet twice daily Ashwagandha churna – 1 teaspoon with warm milk at bedtime Saraswatarishta – 15 ml with equal water twice daily after food These can help improve calmness, sleep, and stress tolerance gradually. ​To nourish the Majja Dhatu (nervous system) and stabilize Sattva (mental clarity), specific herbo-mineral and ghrut formulations are highly effective: 1.​Saraswatarishta: A premier liquid formulation containing Brahmi. It improves cognitive function, relieves anxiety, and acts as a natural mood stabilizer. ​Dosage: 15–20 mL with an equal quantity of lukewarm water, twice daily after meals. 2.​Ashwagandha Churna / Tablets: Excellent for calming Prana Vayu and reducing cortisol (stress hormone) levels. It helps particularly if her anxiety causes sleep disturbances or physical fatigue. 3.​Brahmi Ghrita: Medicated cow’s ghee is highly cross-reactive with the blood-brain barrier. It crosses into the Manovaha Srotas effectively to nourish depleted mental channels. ​Dosage: 1 tsp with warm milk or warm water early in the morning on an empty stomach. 4.Pratimarsha Nasya: Instilling 2 drops of Anu Taila or Brahmi Ghrita into each nostril daily after waking up. The nose is considered the doorway to the brain •Pranayama: Daily practice of Anulom Vilom (Alternate Nostril Breathing) for 15 minutes to balance the lunar and solar energies of the body, and Bhramari (Bee breath) to instantly calm acute anxiety waves. •​Ahara (Diet): Ensure she eats freshly cooked, warm, Sattvik meals. Introduce sweet, sour, and salty tastes (which pacify Vata). Avoid stale, processed, frozen, or overly spicy (Rajasik/Tamasik) foods that agitate the mind or cause Ama (toxins) accumulation. Donot randomly stop allopathy medications. Slowly tapper them and pair with these medicines. ??? Anulomvilom and Bhramari Pranayam will help. But do it early in the morning only. ? Donot get yourself into any addictions. ? Donot drink tea or coffee or aerated drinks. ? Reduce screen time… No screen in darkness and 1 hour before you sleep. Consume audio form of data rather than visuals before you sleep. ?? 100 steps after both meals are must. ?? Eat only home cooked food… Avoid outside food, packed and processed food. ?? Prefer natural liquids like fruit juice, coconut water, lemon juice, kokum sharbat over packed ones. ?? Medication: ?? Panchendriya Vardhan Tailam 2 drops in each nostril early in the morning empty stomach. Cap. Memorin(S.G.Phytopharma) 2 caps twice a day before food. Syp. Prasham 4 tsp at bed time with lukewarm water. Tab. Manasmitra Vatak 2 tabs at bed time
