आपके लक्षण—बहुत डर लगना, हर बात की अधिक चिंता करना, तनाव या लड़ाई के समय हाथ-पैर कांपना और आत्मविश्वास की कमी—आयुर्वेद अनुसार वात दोष वृद्धि एवं मानसिक तनाव (चिंता-भय) के संकेत हो सकते हैं। क्या करें? अश्वगंधा चूर्ण 1 चम्मच रात को गुनगुने दूध के साथ लें। ब्राह्मी या शंखपुष्पी का सेवन करें। प्रतिदिन अनुलोम-विलोम और भ्रामरी प्राणायाम 10–15 मिनट करें। 7–8 घंटे की पर्याप्त नींद लें। चाय, कॉफी, जंक फूड और देर रात जागने से बचें। आहार दूध, घी, बादाम, खजूर, हरी सब्जियां और ताजा भोजन लें। इससे मन और शरीर को पोषण मिलता है। नियमित दिनचर्या, आयुर्वेदिक सहयोग और सकारात्मक सोच से आत्मविश्वास बढ़ेगा तथा डर और घबराहट धीरे-धीरे कम होगी।

हर बात पर बहुत डर लगना, लड़ाई/तनाव होने पर हाथ-पैर कांपना, छोटी बात को बहुत बड़ा समझना, आत्मविश्वास की कमी, घबराहट। ---- लक्षण मुख्यतः वात वृद्धि, चिंता (Chittodvega) तथा मानसिक तनाव से संबंधित हो सकते हैं। —औषधि 1) ब्राह्मी वटी – 1 गोली दिन में 2 बार भोजन के बाद। 2) अश्वगंधा चूर्ण 3 ग्राम या अश्वगंधा कैप्सूल – रात को दूध के साथ। 3) सरस्वतारिष्ट 20 ml बराबर पानी मिलाकर, दिन में 2 बार भोजन के बाद। -----आहार-विहार: पर्याप्त नींद (7–8 घंटे) लें। चाय, कॉफी, एनर्जी ड्रिंक कम करें। प्रतिदिन 15–20 मिनट प्राणायाम (अनुलोम-विलोम, भ्रामरी) करें। नियमित व्यायाम, सूर्य नमस्कार और सुबह की सैर करें। नकारात्मक विचारों और अत्यधिक सोशल मीडिया से बचें।

••नमस्ते। एक आयुर्वेदिक चिकित्सक (Ayurvedic Doctor) के दृष्टिकोण से मैं आपकी स्थिति को पूरी तरह समझ सकता हूँ। आप जिस दौर से गुजर रहे हैं, आयुर्वेद में इसका बहुत ही सटीक वर्णन और उपचार उपलब्ध है, इसलिए बिल्कुल भी घबराएं नहीं। 20 साल की उम्र में इस तरह की समस्याएं होना काफी आम है, और इसे पूरी तरह ठीक किया जा सकता है। ••आयुर्वेदिक औषधि चिकित्सा (Ayurvedic Herbs) मन को शक्ति देने और वात को शांत करने के लिए कुछ मुख्य मेध्य रसायन (Brain Tonics) बेहद कारगर हैं: ••अश्वगंधा (Ashwagandha): यह शरीर में कोर्टिसोल (तनाव हार्मोन) के स्तर को कम करता है, घबराहट मिटाता है और हाथ-पैर का कांपना बंद करता है। •कैसे लें: आधा चम्मच अश्वगंधा चूर्ण रात को सोने से पहले गुनगुने दूध के साथ लें। ••ब्राह्मी और शंखपुष्पी (Brahmi & Shankhpushpi): ये जड़ी-बूटियां मस्तिष्क की नसों को शक्ति देती हैं, जिससे हर बात को बढ़ा-चढ़ाकर सोचने (Overthinking) की आदत पर रोक लगती है और खुद पर भरोसा बढ़ता है। •कैसे लें: सारस्वतारिष्ट (Saraswatarishta) सिरप की 3 चम्मच (15ml) मात्रा को बराबर पानी में मिलाकर सुबह और शाम को भोजन के बाद लें। 2. बाह्य चिकित्सा (External Ayurvedic Therapies) वात दोष को शांत करने का सबसे बेहतरीन तरीका है स्नेहन (Oil application): ••शिरोअभ्यंग (Head Massage): रोज रात को सोते समय अपने सिर पर ब्राह्मी आंवला तेल या महानारायण तेल से हल्की मालिश करें। यह आपके नर्वस सिस्टम को शांत करेगा। ••पादाभ्यंग (Foot Massage): पैरों के तलवों में गाय के घी या तिल के तेल की मालिश करके सोएं। इससे डर लगना कम होता है और गहरी नींद आती है। ••नस्य (Nasya): रोज सुबह या रात को सोते समय दो-दो बूंद अनु तेल या गाय का शुद्ध घी अपनी दोनों नाकों में डालें। यह मन को स्थिरता देता है। 3. मानसिक बल और आत्मविश्वास बढ़ाने के उपाय (Sattvavajaya Chikitsa) आयुर्वेद में मन के डर को दूर करने के लिए ‘सत्वावजय चिकित्सा’ (Mind Control) का महत्व है: ••प्राणायाम (Pranayama): रोज सुबह 10-15 मिनट अनुलोम-विलोम और 5 बार भ्रामरी प्राणायाम जरूर करें। यह आपके दिमाग के डर वाले हिस्से (Amygdala) को तुरंत शांत करता है। ••विचारों का विश्लेषण: जब भी कोई छोटी बात बड़ी लगने लगे, तो खुद से कहें—“यह सिर्फ मेरा वात दोष है जो मुझे डरा रहा है, वास्तविकता इतनी बड़ी नहीं है।” 4. आहार और जीवनशैली (Diet & Lifestyle) ••क्या खाएं: हमेशा ताजा, गर्म और सुपाच्य भोजन करें। भोजन में घी और दूध की मात्रा अच्छी रखें, क्योंकि ये वात का शमन करते हैं। ••क्या न खाएं: ज्यादा तीखा, सूखा (Dry foods), बासी भोजन, फास्ट फूड और अत्यधिक चाय-कॉफी का सेवन तुरंत बंद कर दें। ये चीजें शरीर में घबराहट और सूखापन बढ़ाती हैं।
