Ayurveda ke hisaab se nervousness me haath kampna aksar Vata prakop / mansik chinta se hota hai. Brahmi Ghrit man ko shaant karne aur Vata ko balance karne me madad kar sakta hai. —Dose: ½ chammach Brahmi Ghrit raat ko garam doodh ke saath 4–6 weeks. Saath me Anulom-Vilom, Bhramari pranayama, caffeine kam, neend puri rakhein.

Agar nervousness, anxiety, stress ya weakness ki wajah se hand tremors ho rahe hain to Brahmi Ghrita kuch cases me helpful ho sakta hai. Lekin agar tremors continuously rest me bhi ho, body weakness, thyroid issue, Parkinsonism ya neurological cause ho to proper evaluation jaruri hai. Ayurvedic treatment short: Brahmi Ghrita Dose: 1/2–1 tsp morning empty stomach with warm milk for 2–3 months Saraswatarishta 15 ml + equal water after food twice daily Ashwagandha Churna 3 gm at night with warm milk If anxiety and palpitations more: Mukta Pishti 125 mg with honey once daily under physician guidance Lifestyle Adequate sleep Avoid excess tea/coffee Daily pranayama Reduce continuous stress and fasting Protein-rich satvic diet
