How to treat stuck song syndrome (earworms) related to anxiety and stress? - #55035

Hi, I am dealing with stuck song syndrome (earworms) where songs keep looping inside my head when I am not focused on a task or distracted. It is my understanding this occurs due to stress, trauma, anxiety, etc. In my case it is associated with anxiety about fixing my sleep, weight, and other health problems. The symptoms increase after weight gain, exercise, stressful events, and is usually worse in the mornings due to normal cortisol rise. Other than therapy, yoga, meditation such as yoga nidra, mindfulness, is there anything else I can do to treat this stubborn issue? Thanks.
