A diet rich in sattvic foods—fresh fruits, ghee, whole grains—can support healthy shukra. Consuming a mix of ashwagandha and shilajit is traditionally believed to bolster vitality and endurance. Take around 500mg of ashwagandha with milk before bedtime, which not only strengthens the reproductive system but also helps with stress, a common stamina deterrent.

Regular abhyanga (self-massage) with warm sesame oil can improve blood circulation and rejuvenate your body. Engaging in yoga postures such as Vajrasana and Salamba Sarvangasana can enhance endurance. Focus on pranayama, particularly Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing) to balance your energy flow.

For enhancing sex timing, psychological factors should also be considered. Mindful meditation can support stress reduction, anxiety, or performance concerns. Aim for at least 10 minutes a day to cultivate calm and control.
