How do i overcome errectile dysfunction and pre mature ejaculation - #20877

We as a couple are planning for a child as adviced by gynac during fertile window, but as a male partner not anle to do so. Not able to sustaim errection/not able to perform on alternative days. Want to umderstand the Root cause and plan of action
