How to overcome premature ejaculation - #23009

I am suffering from early discharge from last 2-3 years Now I am feeling very low confidence in bed Due to which I am not considered as good. Please give me some good suggestions And I believe in ayurveda Please contact me as soon as possible

Finally, if you continue to struggle despite these efforts, it’s advisable to consult with an Ayurvedic practitioner who can offer a more personalized approach based on your constitution (Prakriti) and any other underlying imbalances you might have.
