Frequent masturbation, like you’ve described, can lead to feelings of fatigue, lack of concentration, and diminished self-esteem, all of which you seem to be experiencing. From an Ayurvedic perspective, this could create an imbalance in your doshas, especially Vata, leading to your symptoms of mind and body disarray.

Firstly, understanding that moderation is key to health and balance. It’s not about elimination but finding a healthy frequency that does not interfere with your daily life. Ayurveda suggests cultivating practices that restore your body’s natural balance and harmonize your energies.

Consider focusing on diet, which plays an essential role in reinstating balance. Incorporate heavier and grounding foods to reduce Vata dosha influence, such as whole grains (like brown rice, oatmeal), cooked vegetables, and warm soups. Ghee and nuts can also be helpful; they provide not only nourishment but also help in stabilizing your mind.

In terms of lifestyle, regular sleep is paramount. Aim to retire early and wake up with the sunrise, establishing a routine your body can sync with. Practice deep breathing exercises, like pranayama, or meditation for at least 15 minutes a day, which calms the mind and enhances focus.

Physical activity is crucial too. Engage in calming exercises, like yoga or walking, that will help manage stress levels. This might help reduce nightfall incidents by stabilizing sexual energy.

You might consider Ayurveda herbs such as Ashwagandha or Shatavari, which are known to rejuvenate and strengthen the body and mind. Consult with an Ayurvedic practitioner for personalized advice, ensuring it’s suitable for you.

Lastly, addressing mental health is as important—be it through counseling or a trusted friend. Understanding your triggers and enganging in fulfilling activities can contribute immensely to boosting self-confidence and control. Rebalancing takes time and patience, so be gentle with yourself throughout this journey.
