Avoid cold, dry, or processed foods, as they can aggravate Vata. Including saffron and ashwagandha in your daily regimen can help rejuvenate the tissues and improve stamina. Take 1 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder mixed with warm milk before bedtime.

Incorporate lifestyle changes that promote relaxation and balance. Practice yoga, particularly poses that enhance blood flow like the cobra pose (Bhujangasana) and bridge pose (Setu Bandhasana). Daily meditation for 10-15 minutes can help reduce anxiety and improve focus.
