Mera ling shithil pad jaata hai. Lamba time nahin kar paata. Biwi dukhi rehti hai. Chota bhi hai mera ling. Bas 5 inch ka hai. Do bacche hain. Phirbhiyahi haalat hai. Biwi taane maarti hain. Mein kasrat karta hoon

Ling ke maamle main jab samasya hoti hai tab woh vyakti ke manobal aur rishton pe asar daal sakta hai. Yeh samasya kayi karano se ho sakti hai. Manobal main kami, tanav, saans sambandhi rog, ya phir aushadhiyon ka prabhav, yahaan kuch samajne wale karan hai.

Ayurveda main, vata, pitta aur kapha dosh ka santulan svasthya banaye rakhta hai. Aap ki samasya vata dosh ke ashudhh ki wajah se ho sakti hai. Yeh sambhav hai ki aapka agni (pachan shakti) theek se kaam nahi kar raha ho, jis se dhatus (sharir ke ansh) sahi tareeke se poshit nahi ho pa rahe hain.

Aapke liye kuch upaye hain jo aap apni aahar aur jeevan shailee main apna sakte hain:

1. Aahar: - Ghee aur shuddh ghrit ka upyog karein. Yeh samvedansheelta aur shakti ko badhata hai. - Kutki, ashwagandha, shatavari jaise ayurvedic churn lein. - Haryali sabzi aur phalon ka upyog karein, lekin gram aur maash dal se bachein kyunki yeh vayu ko prabhavit karte hain. - Madya se duur rahen, yeh garam aur vayu ko badhate hain.

2. Jeevan Shailee: - Vyayam zaroori hai, lekin zyada nahi. Aap kar rahe hain, jo accha hai, dhire-dhire ise badhayein. - Sahi neend lein, yeh sharir ke dhatu ko mazboot karta hai. - Yog aur dhyan (meditation) se tanav ko door karein.

3. Aushadhiya Sahayak: - Ashwagandha churn ya capsule apne vaidya se puch kar lein, yeh bal aur dhairya badhata hai. - Vajikarana chikitsa ko aazmaya ja sakta hai. Yeh purushon ke shakti aur stamina badhane ke liye use hota hai.

Har kisi ki prakriti alag hoti hai, aur isliye yeh mahatvapoorna hai ki kisi anubhavi ayurvedic vaidya se salaah kar len. Jaroori nahi ki yeh samasya kisi bimari ka karan an ho, lekin agar kathinai rakhta hain toh chikitsa lena thik rahega.
