Erectile dysfunction premature ejaculation - #24694

I'm not gettinghand & ejected quickly like within 30 sec or just before penetration and within 1 min I'm getting soft once I'm am out my age is 34 recently married from 6 months same problem my wife is also getting upset as I'm finishing in 1 min and I undergone open heart surgery 20 Years back and taken Treatment for mild pulmanary artery stenosis 2 years back

Right now I’m not taking any treatment for heart sir because it is in good condition so I can take any medication I used allopathic but I’m getting results only when I use tabs so I decided to go through ayurvedic for permanent solution… Suggest me tablets In ayurvedic so that I can use them … Week before I went to check for heart all are ok now … Please help me to get rid of this problem as soon as possible… ie pe and Ed
