I have acne and acne marks since two years. Now I have tried multiple creams tablets, Ayurvedic as well as the drugstore wants with nothing helped by they are just increasing and now I even have dark circles. I have allergy dust allergy. My eyes have been red lot since six months even after applying eyedrops, I have to apply eyedrops frequently within one to twice a week.

Hello Eshika, Treatment - 1. Neem ghanvati 1-0-1 after meal 2. Mahamanjisthadi kwath 30ml with 30 ml water twice a day after meal 3. Apply Aloe vera gel after cleaning the face with rosewater 4. Apply kumkumadi tel before bedtime 5. Hardidrakhand -1tsp with milk at bedtime. Follow these - 1. Adequate amount of water 2. Eat antioxidant rich food like amla, beans, green tea, spinach etc 3. Clean your towel and pillowcase every week 4. Avoid using makeup or some chemical product especially before sleeping. 5. Stress management -Through meditation, walking, journaling etc.

ACNE AND MARKS= in Ayurveda, this is called Yuvan podia. It happens when pitta (heat, inflammation) and kapha (oil, clogging) increase and mix with impure blood . The toxins (ama) block the skin channels, leading to pimples, pus, and later dark marks

DARK CIRCLES AND DULL SKIN= suggest blood tissues weakness, pitta aggravation, and often poor sleep, stress, or weak digestion

DUST ALLERGY AND RED EYES= this means low Ojas (immunity) and over reactive pitta in the eyes , leading to burning, redness, watering. Frequent eyedrops use only gives temporary relief; the root cause is inside

What I care about most is making sure the treatment is safe, ethical, practical, and honest. No overpromising, no pushing meds that don’t fit. And I’m always reading or discussing sth—old Samhitas or recent journals, depends what the case demands. My goal really is to build a practice where people feel seen & understood, not just “managed.” That's where healing actually begins, right?

Maybe my method looks too straightforward sometimes, but it works for patients and that matters more to me than fancy words or heavy protocols. There’s no “one protocol fits all” in Ayurveda and frankly I get bored doing same thing again and again. Whether it’s a fever that won’t go or long-term fatigue or gut mess — I usually go deep into what's behind it. Surface-level fixes don’t last. I rather take the time than rush into wrong herbs. It’s more work, ya, but makes a diff in long run.
