I am really worried about these dark circles under my eyes. This past week has been super stressful with work, and I barely got any sleep. I didn't even notice how bad it was until I looked in the mirror this morning, and wow, I looked like I've aged 10 years in just a few days! I've been trying a few home remedies, like cucumber slices and tea bags, but nothing seems to work fast enough!! I’m kinda desperate here, and honestly, I need to know how to remove dark circles in 2 days. I've heard some people mention using Ayurvedic ingredients like almond oil or something with turmeric? But then I also read about the importance of staying hydrated and eating better. Ugh, I don't know where to start. I really wanna look more refreshed by the end of this week because I have an important event coming up, and I don't want people staring at my eyes thinking I'm exhausted! Have any of you found something super effective that worked how to remove dark circles in 2 days? Should I focus more on external treatments or is it more about what's goin on inside my body? Sorry for the ramble, just feelin a bit panicky about this entire thing. Would love any advice you all have!

You could also consider Nasya therapy. Applying a small amount of warm sesame oil or ghee inside the nostrils can help soothe stressed nerves — thus balancing Vata dosha.

Try to get a couple of nights of quality sleep, ideally around 6-8 hours. Avoid screens 1 hour before bed and do some relaxing activities such as meditation or deep breathing exercises to calm your mind and enhance sleep quality.
