I am 17 and have been hearing all this stuff lately about whether masturbation actually does anything with growth, like, is masturbation increase height or is that just some rumor that keeps going around? I mean, I’ve been pretty curious about it because I feel like everybody my age talks about it like it’s this huge thing—like it’s got magical powers or something. Last year, I hit a growth spurt and I went from 5'5" to 5'9". But now, I feel like I’m kinda stuck at this height, which is frustrating, ya know? I read somewhere that hormones are involved, and since I’m trying to build muscle for sports, I just wonder if maybe there's a connection? Like, could is masturbation increase height have anything to do with testosterone levels or whatever? Also, I sometimes feel guilty about it, thinking maybe it’s affecting my health in a negative way. Like, am I ruining my chances of growing taller by doing it too often?
