Gently massage * The shaft of your penis (not the tip) * Lower stomach * Groin area * Helps bring back nerve sensation, improves blood flow, and calms that fear of hypersensitivity.

YOGA PRACTICE (A MUST)

1.Ashwini Mudra 15 times * Morning and evening

2. Deep Belly Breathing * 10 minutes daily * Both help with pelvic nerve control and calm you down.

DIET PLAN

* Milk, ghee * Soaked almonds (2–3) * Dates, figs * Rice, dal, vegetables * Warm, fresh food
