Frangipani sap from Frangipani is not a proven treatment for either Herpes Simplex or Herpes Zoster. The sap can irritate skin, cause burning, allergy, and worsen lesions, especially in children. Avoid applying raw sap directly on active herpes lesions.
Take
For burning, pain, blisters:
Mahatikta Ghrita 1 tsp twice daily after food with warm water
Guduchi Satva 250 mg twice daily
Kamadudha Ras 1 tablet twice daily if excess heat/burning
External:
Apply coconut oil mixed with Yashtimadhu churna lightly 2 times daily
Keep lesions clean and dry
Avoid scratching
Diet
Avoid spicy, fried, sour foods
Give pomegranate, coconut water, thin moong dal, rice gruel
