For the past year, I’ve been dealing with severe acne breakouts and dry, patchy skin. My face feels irritated most of the time, and even the moisturizers and creams prescribed by my dermatologist don’t seem to be helping much. I’m in my late 20s, and this is the worst my skin has ever been. I’ve heard that skin issues often reflect internal imbalances, and I’m considering trying Ayurvedic treatment instead of relying on chemical products. I’ve read about Ayurvedic herbs like Manjistha and Neem that are said to detoxify the blood and improve skin health. Has anyone here tried a full Ayurvedic treatment plan for skin problems? What kind of therapies or herbal medicines did you use, and how long did it take to see any real results? I’m also curious if I need to make any specific dietary changes along with the treatment.
