I’ve been dealing with constant stress and digestion problems for almost a year now. A friend suggested trying Panchakarma for a complete detox. I’ve read that the Art of Living center in Bangalore offers a comprehensive Panchakarma program, but I’m not sure what to expect. Has anyone done this treatment there? How intense is it, and did it actually help with your health issues? I’m looking for something that can help both my mind and body heal, not just a quick spa-like experience.
