oct full form - #17468
My father has been having blurry vision in one eye for the past few months, and the doctor suggested an OCT full form Optical Coherence Tomography scan to check for any damage in the retina. I’ve never heard of this test before, and we are confused about what it actually does. The doctor said it helps to see the layers of the retina clearly, but we are wondering if it’s really necessary. His symptoms started with mild blurriness, but now he sometimes sees wavy lines and has trouble focusing on small text. He also has diabetes, so the doctor mentioned that it could be related to diabetic retinopathy. They said an OCT full form Optical Coherence Tomography scan can detect early signs of nerve or blood vessel damage in the eyes. But we’re wondering if Ayurveda has ways to improve vision naturally and if this test is really the only way to diagnose eye issues. Does Ayurveda recommend any herbal remedies for strengthening the retina and preventing vision loss? Are there treatments or eye exercises that can help with conditions detected through an OCT full form Optical Coherence Tomography scan? We are open to getting the scan done, but if there’s a way to manage or even improve his vision naturally, we would prefer that. Also, for people with diabetes, what Ayurvedic treatments can help prevent eye problems in the long run? We want to make sure his eyes stay healthy and don’t get worse. If anyone has had an OCT full form Optical Coherence Tomography scan and followed Ayurvedic treatments alongside, please share your experience.
