U am dr.M.syshma,an ayurvedic doctor with 20 years of experience.i mainly deal with preventing disease rather treating after occurring through diet ..Meanwhile I also treat the disease with the root cause rather treating symptomatically through colour therapy and traditional energy medt

Namaste, I understand how frustrating and uncomfortable it must be to deal with burning feet, cramps, and uncontrolled blood sugar levels despite following a diet plan. In Ayurveda, this condition is linked to imbalanced Pitta and Vata doshas and can be associated with Madhumeha (Diabetes) and neuropathy due to excessive heat (Agni) and impaired circulation. Ayurvedic Approach to Managing Your Condition 1. Herbal Remedies to Balance Blood Sugar & Improve Circulation • Triphala Churna – Supports digestion and detoxification, preventing sugar spikes. Take 1 tsp with warm water before bed. • Ashwagandha and Shatavari – Helps with nerve pain and burning sensations. 2. Remedies for Burning Feet & Cramps • Soak feet in cool water with a pinch of Triphala powder or neem leaves to reduce heat and burning. • Apply coconut oil with camphor or Ksheerabala Tailam for nerve pain relief. • Mahanarayan Oil Massage – Helps improve blood circulation and reduces cramps. • Pranayama & Gentle Yoga – Especially Anulom Vilom & Bhramari, which help with nerve relaxation. 3. Dietary Guidelines • Stick to low-GI foods: Include bitter foods like karela (bitter gourd), methi (fenugreek), and amla (Indian gooseberry) in your diet. • Avoid excessive spicy and sour foods, which increase Pitta and aggravate burning sensations. • Drink coriander and fennel seed water (soaked overnight) to cool the body. 4. Lifestyle Recommendations • Keep feet elevated while resting to improve circulation. • Avoid sitting for long periods—take short walks every hour. • Try Ayurvedic Panchakarma therapies like Virechana (detoxification) under supervision for deep cleansing.
