Namaste, I understand how frustrating and uncomfortable it must be to deal with burning feet, cramps, and uncontrolled blood sugar levels despite following a diet plan. In Ayurveda, this condition is linked to imbalanced Pitta and Vata doshas and can be associated with Madhumeha (Diabetes) and neuropathy due to excessive heat (Agni) and impaired circulation. Ayurvedic Approach to Managing Your Condition 1. Herbal Remedies to Balance Blood Sugar & Improve Circulation • Triphala Churna – Supports digestion and detoxification, preventing sugar spikes. Take 1 tsp with warm water before bed. • Ashwagandha and Shatavari – Helps with nerve pain and burning sensations. 2. Remedies for Burning Feet & Cramps • Soak feet in cool water with a pinch of Triphala powder or neem leaves to reduce heat and burning. • Apply coconut oil with camphor or Ksheerabala Tailam for nerve pain relief. • Mahanarayan Oil Massage – Helps improve blood circulation and reduces cramps. • Pranayama & Gentle Yoga – Especially Anulom Vilom & Bhramari, which help with nerve relaxation. 3. Dietary Guidelines • Stick to low-GI foods: Include bitter foods like karela (bitter gourd), methi (fenugreek), and amla (Indian gooseberry) in your diet. • Avoid excessive spicy and sour foods, which increase Pitta and aggravate burning sensations. • Drink coriander and fennel seed water (soaked overnight) to cool the body. 4. Lifestyle Recommendations • Keep feet elevated while resting to improve circulation. • Avoid sitting for long periods—take short walks every hour. • Try Ayurvedic Panchakarma therapies like Virechana (detoxification) under supervision for deep cleansing.

Hello Neldon, , Your sugar levels staying at 14 despite following a diet means your body is not responding well to insulin. First, drink methi (fenugreek) water every morning on an empty stomach. Also, chew 5-7 neem leaves daily. These help in reducing blood sugar naturally. For burning feet, soak them in lukewarm water with rock salt for 10 minutes before sleeping. Apply castor oil or coconut oil with a little camphor to reduce nerve pain. Cramps can be due to magnesium deficiency, so have soaked almonds and pumpkin seeds daily. Are you doing any exercise? Even a 15-20 min walk after meals can help sugar control. Avoid late-night eating, and try to have an early dinner. Let me know if you also have stress or sleep issues, as these affect sugar levels too.

Hey, I understand how frustrating it must be dealing with something that won't budge despite trying what seems like everything already. Burning feet, cramps, and sugar levels sticking like that, it's no joke. Here's some Ayurvedic insights that might help you steer things in a better direction. First off, burning feet and cramps at night can often be a sign of increased Pitta dosha, or aggravated Vata. These sensations and elevated sugar can be deeply rooted in the digestive fire (agni) being out of whack. So focusing on calming these elements is key. You want to add more Vata-pacifying foods like cooked veggies, especially cruciferous ones like broccoli, cabbage. But bring some turmeric and cinnamon mix in your meals, helps balance sugar levels naturally. Make a warm turmeric milk with almond milk before bedtime. Don’t skip the importance of routine. Waking up, eating, and sleeping at consistent times helps ground Vata. And exercise, but nothing too intense or right before bed - a simple evening walk can be soothing, help regulate your sugar by balancing Kapha and calming the mind in preparation for sleep. Now, let’s talk herbs. Fenugreek seeds are your friend, they’re known to support digestion and sugar regulation. Soak them overnight, have those seeds first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. As for immediate sleep relief, you may try a foot massage with warm sesame oil combined with a dash of lavender or chamomile - soothing not only physically but mentally too. You may experience relief from nerves and your sleep might find a friendlier pattern. But look, make sure that you keep in touch with your doctor and don’t purely rely on this, because sugar levels that stubborn need professional oversight, no harm mixing modern insights with our ancient wisdom. Remember, a blend of paths often works best. Take care of yourself!
