Sounds like you're dealing with some tricky issues there! Focusing on Ayurveda, stress and digestive issues can be closely tied to dosha imbalances. Specifically, Vata and Pitta could be stirring up this trouble. Anxiety is often linked to Vata, while digestive disturbances may relate to Pitta. First off – diet. Balance is key here. Think warm, cooked meals that are easy to digest. Avoid raw, cold foods and overly spicy stuff; they can fire up that Pitta more. Try including more cooling foods like cucumber, cilantro, and aloe vera juice...you might find a calmer belly helps high bp. Now, caffeine? If you take lotta coffee or tea, consider cutting it down, as it might amp up that anxious feeling. Stick to herbal teas like peppermint or chamomile. They're gentle on the system. On stress, breathing exercises like pranayama, particularly Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing), could really help. Just few minutes in morning & evening can be grounding. Also, give meditation a shot. Even 5-10 minutes daily makes difference by calming your mind and keeping Vata at bay. Abhyanga or self-massage with warm sesame oil is great too. Apply before shower, it can soothe the nervous system and tackle stress. If’s your time allows, do it thrice a week. Remember to keep meal times regular. Consistency helps keeps digestive fire steady. Skipping meals or erratic eating can mess with your internal clock. Oh, and while all this can support your wellbeing, have you checked in with your primary healthcare provider? Sudden spikes in BP should be carefully monitored, so don't hesitate to seek medical help if anything feels off. It's always best to keep both Ayurveda and conventional methods in balance when managing health issues.
