Hello Gulfam, Here are some effective home remedies that may help with your symptoms:

For UTI Relief: Barley Water: Boil 1 tablespoon of barley in 2 cups of water, strain, and drink throughout the day. Coriander Water: Soak 1 tablespoon of coriander seeds in water overnight, strain, and drink in the morning to reduce inflammation. Coconut Water: Helps cool the body and flush out toxins. For Stomach and Bloating: Ajwain (Carom Seeds) Tea: Boil 1/2 teaspoon of ajwain seeds in a cup of water and drink it warm after meals to reduce gas and bloating. Ginger Water: Add a few slices of ginger to warm water and sip it before meals to aid digestion. Fennel Seeds: Chew a teaspoon of fennel seeds after meals to prevent bloating. For Allergies:

Honey and Black Pepper: Mix a teaspoon of honey with a pinch of black pepper and take it once daily to boost immunity. Steam Inhalation: Add a few drops of eucalyptus oil to hot water and inhale the steam to relieve nasal congestion. For General Immunity and Well-being: Amla (Indian Gooseberry) Juice: Drink fresh amla juice daily for its high vitamin C content to strengthen immunity. Tulsi (Holy Basil) Tea: Boil a few tulsi leaves in water and drink it daily to support respiratory health.

These remedies can provide relief, but it’s essential to monitor your symptoms and consult a qualified Ayurvedic consultant for a personalized medical plan as it would not advisable to follow medication without proper supervision.

Hey, dealing with multiple health concerns can be overwhelming, but remember Ayurveda offers holistic approaches for such conditions. With an HIV value of 1.3 and PCR not detected, it seems like your immune system could use some strengthening. Let’s talk about it.

For the immune system, Chyawanprash can be beneficial. It’s an ancient formulation rich in vitamin C and other antioxidants. Take about 1 tsp every morning with warm milk or water, if you’re lactose intolerant, just plain water is fine. It might help balance your ojas, the vital energy.

Regarding the UTI, keeping yourself hydrated is crucial. You might want to consider consuming barley water. Simply boil a handful of barley in water, strain, and sip it throughout the day. It can assist with flushing out toxins and soothe the urinary tract.

Stomach bloating and digestive issues are often a sign of an imbalanced Vata dosha. Triphala churna taken at night before bed – 1 tsp with warm water – can help regulate your agni (digestive fire). It’ll ease things and support overall digestion.

Your allergic reactions indicate possible ama (toxins) accumulation and low immunity. Try Tulsi (Holy Basil) tea a couple of times a day. Just a few leaves brewed in hot water can do wonders for your respiratory system and help clear any respiratory allergies.

Remember, any severe, sudden, or worsening symptoms should be evaluated by a health professional for immediate attention. It’s important not to delay medical care, specially if symptoms become urgent.

Take care and feel free to reach out for any more questions on specific lifestyle and diet changes that can complement these remedies. Best of luck!
