Based on your symptoms—persistent pain under your belly, recurring constipation, and an uneven bladder size—it appears there is an imbalance, likely involving aggravated Vata (leading to pain and constipation) along with a disturbance in the urinary system. Here’s a simple Ayurvedic approach you might consider:
1. Internal Herbal Support:
• Triphala Churna:
• Take 1 teaspoon with warm water at bedtime to support regular bowel movements and ease constipation.
• Punarnava Mandur
1 tab twice daily after food with lukewarm water
• Varunadi Kashayam:
10 mL twice daily with equal quantity of water
Include:
• Warm, easily digestible foods such as cooked vegetables, khichdi, and soups.
• Fresh fruits (in moderation) and whole grains.
• Ginger tea or warm water with a pinch of turmeric to aid digestion.
Avoid:
• Cold, heavy, or processed foods that can aggravate Vata and Kapha.
• Excessive dairy or oily foods that may burden the system.
3. Lifestyle and Supportive Measures:
• Follow a routine that includes gentle exercise (like walking or yoga) to support digestion and overall circulation.
• Practice relaxation techniques (such as pranayama) to help calm Vata.
• Maintain proper hydration with warm water throughout the day.

Do you have hard stool or lack of urge? How is your appetite? What kind of diet do you regularly have? How long did you have the symptoms for?

Hi Faheem,
1. To understand your condition better, could you tell me if the pain under your belly is sharp, crampy, or more of a dull ache?
2. Also, do you experience any urinary issues like frequent urination or discomfort while urinating?
3. Have you noticed any changes in your appetite or bowel movements apart from constipation?

Pain under the belly and issues like constipation can really affect your daily life, I get that. Let's explore some Ayurvedic insights into this.
First off, it sounds like there might be an imbalance of the Vata dosha, which is responsible for movement and flow in the body, possibly causing those digestive issues and pain. The belly pain, especially with inconsistencies in bladder size, might suggest an underlying problem that you should definitely get checked out by a doctor, especially because of the pain persisting.
In Ayurveda, we'd look to balance Vata to address constipation. Try including warm, cooked foods in your diet, like soupy or stewy stuff. Things like Khichdi, a rice and lentil dish with a pinch of ghee or turmeric, could be really soothing and nourishing. Avoid cold and raw foods for now as they can aggravate Vata more.
Another thing, make sure you're staying hydrated, but avoid excessive cold drinks, room temp water or even slightly warm if possible. Another tip, try to establish a routine, eating at regular times helps set your body's natural clock.
In the morning, before eating, you could try Triphala, an Ayurvedic herb mix known for its digestive benefits. Around a teaspoon with warm water might provide some relief. But, do remember herbs can have interactions with other conditions or treatments, so keep this in mind.
For some comfort, try warm compresses on the aching areas of your belly. Gentle massages with warm sesame oil might also help relax and relieve some tension in the abdominal area.
It's essential to address the bladder size disparity and persistent pain with a healthcare professional. I'm all for natural remedies and lifestyle tweaks, but when things don't get better, those medical diagnostics are invaluable. Also, keep up with your hydration as bladder concerns might need proper fluid intake.
Whatever the root cause, it’s crucial to listen to what your body's trying to tell you. Let your health practitioner in the loop about any ongoing Ayurveda practices you take on.
