Hi Faheem, 1. To understand your condition better, could you tell me if the pain under your belly is sharp, crampy, or more of a dull ache? 2. Also, do you experience any urinary issues like frequent urination or discomfort while urinating? 3. Have you noticed any changes in your appetite or bowel movements apart from constipation?

Based on your symptoms—persistent pain under your belly, recurring constipation, and an uneven bladder size—it appears there is an imbalance, likely involving aggravated Vata (leading to pain and constipation) along with a disturbance in the urinary system. Here’s a simple Ayurvedic approach you might consider: 1. Internal Herbal Support: • Triphala Churna: • Take 1 teaspoon with warm water at bedtime to support regular bowel movements and ease constipation. • Punarnava Mandur 1 tab twice daily after food with lukewarm water • Varunadi Kashayam: 10 mL twice daily with equal quantity of water Include: • Warm, easily digestible foods such as cooked vegetables, khichdi, and soups. • Fresh fruits (in moderation) and whole grains. • Ginger tea or warm water with a pinch of turmeric to aid digestion. Avoid: • Cold, heavy, or processed foods that can aggravate Vata and Kapha. • Excessive dairy or oily foods that may burden the system. 3. Lifestyle and Supportive Measures: • Follow a routine that includes gentle exercise (like walking or yoga) to support digestion and overall circulation. • Practice relaxation techniques (such as pranayama) to help calm Vata. • Maintain proper hydration with warm water throughout the day.
