I’ve been dealing with recurring sinus infections, and while antibiotics work initially, the infections keep coming back, and the side effects are getting hard to manage. I’m exploring Ayurvedic alternatives that can act as natural antibiotics without disrupting my gut health. I’ve read about herbal formulations like Turmeric tablets and Neem extract, but I don’t know if they’re strong enough to fight bacterial infections. Can anyone recommend effective Ayurvedic antibiotic tablets? How well do they work compared to traditional antibiotics, and are they safe for long-term use? I’d appreciate advice on specific products or herbs that have helped with similar issues.
