Understanding My Arthritis Inflammation and Pain - #51660

I was diagnosed with arthritis 5 years ago.. i had taken medicine have less pain now but i get inflammation and pain sometimes… why is that? wat are the causes of inflammation how to cure it completely? Remedies Also my ESR is:55
