Nozi, your long-term use of PPIs (proton pump inhibitors) since 2019 along with persistent hyperacidity, constipation, nausea, and weight loss suggests that your gut health might be compromised. Slowly taper ppis Eat small and frequent meals Include probiotics Triphala churna 1/2 tsp with lukewarm water at night Ashwagandha capsule once daily with water Alovera juice 10 mL once daily Follow this and let me know

Hello Nozi, Firstly avoid PPI for long term try to reduce the dosage by taking this following medicine. As PPI will destroy the good bacteria in stomach & normal GUT health. Severe gastritis will also lead to anxiety issues. Avoid spicy sour sweet food, oily fried items, processed foods coffee and tea, aerated juices Take yogurt or jeera Buttermilk before food in afternoon. 1) Madhiphala rasayana 3tsf-3tsf-3tsf with 3tsf water before food 2) kamadugha ras 1-0-1 after food 3) triphala choorna 0-0-1/2tsf with glass warm water at bedtime. Thank you

Hello Nozi, The prolonged use of PPIs (Proton Pump Inhibitors) can also affect the stomach's ability to produce acid, leading to imbalances that may worsen digestive symptoms like nausea and constipation. In Ayurveda, your symptoms could indicate an imbalance in both Pitta and Vata doshas, leading to digestive issues and anxiety-related symptoms. To support your body, we might focus on calming treatments with herbs like Triphala, licorice, and Ashwagandha, which can soothe the digestive system and help with anxiety. Have you had any recent blood tests or gastrointestinal investigations, like an endoscopy or stool tests, to assess how your body is responding to long-term PPI use?

My clinic is designed as a peaceful, healing space — a reflection of my belief that recovery begins in a calm, nurturing environment. I start each day with yoga and meditation, practices that help me stay grounded and attentive to every patient I see. I believe that effective treatment must go beyond physical symptoms, so my consultations involve a comprehensive assessment of emotional, mental, and lifestyle factors that influence health. I take a multi-disciplinary approach, often working closely with nutritionists, yoga practitioners, and wellness experts to build customized treatment plans. These may include herbal formulations, detox therapies like Panchakarma, dietary guidance, and lifestyle modifications tailored to each patient’s constitution or dosha. My work has helped patients manage and often reverse chronic conditions such as arthritis, gastrointestinal imbalances, skin disorders, metabolic issues, and stress-induced ailments. I’m deeply committed to educating my patients—not just about their current condition, but about how to maintain balance and long-term health through Ayurvedic principles. What sets my practice apart is my empathetic, patient-first approach. I’ve built strong, lasting relationships within the community, and I frequently conduct workshops on preventive care, Ayurvedic nutrition, seasonal wellness routines, and stress management.
