Smoking greatly impacts the skin and hair, leading to issues like dullness and hair fall. The key here is to target the damage caused and support your body’s natural healing processes. Ayurveda offers a holistic approach, and let’s dive into few trategies.

Firstly, addressing hair fall. Begin by balancing your doshas, as hair issues are commonly linked to imbalance, particularly Pitta dosha. Amla or Indian gooseberry is rich in Vitamin C and promotes hair regrowth. Make a paste of amla powder with water and apply to the scalp for 30 minutes before washing it off. Doing this 2-3 times a week can stimulate hair follicles.

Incorporating herbs like Bhringaraj and Brahmi in the form of oils or powders can help in nourishing the scalp and promoting hair growth. Massage your scalp with either of these oils at least twice a week. It’ll improve blood circulation and nourish hair roots.

Diet plays a crucial role. Include Vitamin-C rich fruits, nuts, and seeds like almond, flaxseeds, and walnuts in your diet. These are packed with essential nutrients for hair health. Stay hydrated and consume a balanced diet focusing on leafy greens and avoiding excessively spicy or oily food which exacerbates Pitta.

For skin tone and dark lips, applying a mixture of lemon juice and honey on pigmented areas can aid in brightening the skin. This should be done daily until improvement is seen, be cautious if you have any sensitivity to lemon. Detoxification is essential; consider consuming Trikatu powder (ginger, black pepper, pippali) to boost metabolism and cleanse your system, but consult a local Ayurvedic practitioner for personalization based on your Prakriti.

Quitting smoking is vital; it’s the most influential factor impacting skin and hair. Gradually reduce consumption and consider herbal alternatives or yoga breathing exercises, like Anulom Vilom, to manage cravings.

Remember, consistent care and lifestyle adjustments are key. Seeking guidance from an Ayurvedic doctor in-person would offer more specific tailoring to your unique constitution.
