I have been suffering with hair thinning for couple of years. I'm alsmot bald at the top of my head. I have tried vigro 3 step, oiled my hair and tried all the shampoos for hair loss. Nothing seems to be working I have even tried iron and vitamin b Co supplements.

Amla (Indian Gooseberry) + Brahmi + Bhringraj Powder – Take ½ tsp daily with warm water to nourish hair from within. Ashwagandha -1/2 tsp with warm milk at night Triphala (½ tsp at bedtime) Bringaraj oil- massage to your scal and next day wash your hair Keshakanthi taila- weekly once Curry Leaves (Kadi Patta) Juice or Powder –take with buttermilk or warm water.
