The liver and blood purification (Rakta dhatu) also play a big part, so ensuring that these elements are in harmony is key.
For pigmentation, same Pitta reason can intensify too much melanin production, adding to pigmentation issues. To address this, you might want to focus on cooling herbs like Neem, Tulsi or Aloe Vera, and make lifestyle changes like reducing exposure to direct sunlight and harsh environmental conditions.
