Hi. I feel I always have swelling in my entire body. Also I have gastric issue. Over weight Bronchitis. Badly want to shed entire extra kilos. Kindly help me with the above Looking for something which can melt my body fat and never comeback

Swelling or inflammation often indicates an imbalance in the water element (Kapha dosha), which can also contribute to weight gain. The aim here is to bring balance to the doshas and enhance digestive fire, or Agni, which is crucial for processing nutrients and burning fat. To address the gastric issues, incorporate a daily routine of ginger tea. Simply boil a small piece of crushed ginger in water and drink it first thing in the morning. Ginger helps to stimulate Agni, reduce bloating, and alleviate digestive discomfort. For excessive Kapha, consider a light and warm diet that includes plenty of freshly cooked vegetables, whole grains like quinoa or millet, and foods that are easy to digest. Limit heavy, oily, and cold foods, as they can aggravate Kapha and contribute to weight gain. Avoid processed foods and excess sugar. Engage in regular physical activity, which is crucial for melting body fat. Opt for brisk walking, yoga, or any aerobic exercise that suits your preferences and lifestyle, aiming for at least 30 minutes a day.
