In Ayurveda, persistent throat irritation, coughing, and difficulty breathing are often signs of an imbalance in the Kapha dosha, which governs mucus production and respiratory health. This can be aggravated by factors like cold foods, pollution, or stress. To address this, herbs like Tulsi, Ginger, and Licorice can help clear excess mucus, soothe the throat, and support respiratory function. Drinking warm water with honey and a pinch of turmeric can also help reduce inflammation. Additionally, avoiding cold, heavy foods and incorporating steam inhalation with Eucalyptus or peppermint oil may provide relief. A balanced diet, regular exercise, and stress management will support overall lung and throat health.

Lagta hai apko shayad kafi takleef ho rahi hai. Gale ka kharash, piche se kahin cough ka gota lagna aur saans lene me dikkat hona, ye tino mil kafi najla ya shayad vayu aur kapha ki imbalance dikhate hai. Pehla kaam ye hona chahiye ki koi serious condition toh nahi hai, doctor se jaldi consult kariye agar sameasyen badh rahi hain ya tabiyat bahut kharab hai. Agar baat mild discomfort ki hai, toh Ayurveda thoda madad kar sakta hai. Ap shayad sabse pehle apne dincharya me thodi badlav kariye. Subah garam paani me thoda namak daal ke gargle kariye, ye throat ke liye soothing rahta hai. Khana thoda halka aur pachega asan ho toh achha, jaise ki moong dal khichdi. Masaley daal sakte hain thode, jaise ki, hing aur jeera, ye agni ko sudhrate hain. Ab digestive fire ka tanav hona zaroori hai taki khaana achhe se digest ho aur kapha kam bante. Thodi saunf aur adrak ki chay banayaiye, din mein 2-3 baar piye. Saunf aur adrak, dono kapha ko balance karne me madadgar hote hain aur throat bhi soothe krte hain. Patanjali ka mulethi churan ya bas mulethi ko chabana bhi throat ki irritation me relax kar sakta hai. Agar pasand ho toh haldi waala doodh raat ko sone se pehle pi lije, yeh bhi beneficial hote hain immune system ko boost krne me. Kosis kariye tej thandi hawa se bache, aur agar dryness feel hoti hai toh ghar pe humidifier rakhne ka socho. Per dhyan rahe yeh sab general suggestions hain, agar condition serious ho ya na sudhe, toh allopathic doctor se dekha zaroor karaoge. Har kisi ki sharir ki prakriti alag hoti hai toh, koi bhi treatment pehle samajhne k baad hi apply kare.
