The headache issue and stomach upset may be due to gastric issues So for that u can take Avipattikara churna half teaspoon with warm water twice a day before food Sutashekara rasa tab 1-0-1 before food And for the anxiety issues u can take Brahmi vati 1-0-2 after food And u mentioned that after ejaculation you fell headache so we need to rule out your sexual history and after that only we can prescribe u the medicine

Experiencing headache, body weakness, and anxiety symptoms after ejaculation could indicate an imbalance in your body's doshas, specifically Vata and Pitta. According ro Ayurveda, ejaculation can increase Vata in the body, which may lead to stress and mental fatigue. The Pitta imbalance might be causing the associated headache and digestive issues. Firstly, to address the issue, start with dietary adjustments. Incorporate foods that help balance Vata and Pitta. Favor warm, cooked foods and avoid spicy, oily, or overly salty foods that aggravate Pitta. Eating meals at regular intervals, perhaps 3 times a day, ensuring you get enough nutrition, is important. Include ghee in your diet, as it can soothe Vata and improve digestion. Herbs like Ashwagandha can be highly beneficial. It helps in reducing stress and enhancing overall vitality, taking about 1/4 teaspoon of Ashwagandha powder with warm milk at night might help. Shatavari is another useful herb to support energy levels and reproductive health, take it in similar amounts, once daily, mixed with water or milk. For lifestyle, minimize stress with practices like yoga or meditation. Pranayama, specifically Anulom Vilom, can be calming to the mind and help regulate Vata. Ensure you're getting enough sleep, around 7-8 hours is ideal. Regular exercise, but not overly strenuous, will help maintain balance. Abhyanga, or self-oil massage with sesame or coconut oil before a warm shower, can ground Vata and improve circulation. It would be good to do this few times a week. If symptoms persist, however, it's essential to consult with an Ayurvedic practitioner for tailored treatment suggestions and potentially rule out any underlying conditions that might require further care or intervention from a medical professional.
