This is serious and needs immediate action instead vertual consultation please Visit a hospital or nephrologist urgently (within 24 hours) You likely need IV antibiotics — oral medicines might not be enough now Your doctor might advise a blood culture, urine culture, and maybe hospitalization for infection control Delay can cause permanent kidney damage or even life-threatening infection.

I have gained comprehensive clinical experience through my internship and professional duties, which has laid a strong foundation for my medical practice. During my internship, I worked extensively across multiple departments, including casualty, general medicine, general surgery, and obstetrics & gynecology at the Government District Hospital, Gadag. This exposure allowed me to handle a variety of acute and chronic cases, sharpen my clinical assessment skills, and actively participate in patient management under the guidance of senior medical professionals. Following this, I served as a duty doctor at AYUSH Hospital, Gadag Betgeri, where I applied my Ayurvedic knowledge in a clinical setting and contributed to patient care in both outpatient and inpatient departments. I successfully completed 366 days of rigorous internship training at DGM Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital, Gadag, where I was involved in patient evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning under supervision. My time there allowed me to integrate classical Ayurvedic principles with practical patient care while developing a keen understanding of hospital operations and multidisciplinary collaboration. These experiences have enhanced my ability to handle diverse medical conditions confidently while maintaining a patient-centered approach. I am dedicated to continuing my journey as an Ayurvedic practitioner with the same passion and commitment, focusing on delivering quality, evidence-based, and holistic healthcare.

It sounds like you're experiencing a range of symptoms that indicate an underlying urinary tract issue. Given that creatinine level is elevated at 3.0, this may suggest an impairment of kidney function. Pus cells in the urine, protein leakage, and frequent urination with a burning sensation are indicative of an ongoing urinary tract infection, which needs serious attention. In Ayurveda, these signs align with a vitiation of the doshas, particularly Pitta and Kapha, often leading to the aggravation in the urinary tract (Mutravaha srotas). Here are some steps you can take to manage these symptoms: Firstly, it is important to address your diet. Avoid hot, spicy, oily, and heavy foods that could aggravate the Pitta dosha. Opt for lighter, cooling foods such as cucumber, coriander, and coconut water, which can soothe the urinary tract. Including barley water in your daily routine could be beneficial due to its diuretic properties—it helps in flushing out infections. Hydration is crucial. Drinking plenty of water throughout the day will naturally help flush out toxins from the kidneys. However, be cautious not to overdo it, especially at night to avoid frequent urination. Herbs like Gokshura (Tribulus terrestris) and Punarnava (Boerhavia diffusa) might be valuable. Gokshura aids in maintaining healthy kidney function and Punarnava acts as a diuretic, helping reduce swelling and inflammation. Consult with an Ayurvedic practitioner to determine the appropriate dosage for your specific condition. Stress can exacerbate your symptoms. Dedicate time for relaxation practices such as gentle yoga or pranayama (breathing exercises), which can help calm the mind and body. However, given the significant symptoms like elevated creatinine levels, fever, and body pains with confusion, I cannot emphasize enough the importance of seeking immediate consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. Ayurveda can offer supportive care, but immediate medical intervention is crucial to manage potential kidney-related complications effectively. Be sure to monitor any changes closely and maintain open communication with your healthcare provider for the best outcomes.
