Its been more then 15 years I am having irregular periods. I showed to many doctors but nothing worked, in the initial period I was given registron 5mg to stop my havy periods flow and I am still continuing that whenever I have continuous flow. After 3 weeks of registrone I used to get period thats last for normal days like 6 or 7 days But after that I used to miss my period for 2 to 3 months and when it comes ... I see slight bleeding with the white discharge for some days and after that bleeding flows with some cloth type of thing and it continues until and unless I take registrone again to stop it... I am tired to taking allopathy medicine, I want some natural solution so that it not cause any harm to my reproductive system and also the harmed part can be recovered I am 29 years old, I am about to get marry , I am really tired of taking allopathy medicine, I took charak M2 tone , krishna she , ashoka risht ..but result are not permanent. Do I have to continue that.... Thining of hair, facial hair, belly fat, pigmentation problem is there Please suggest

Avoid spicy, food, fermented foods, maida, fried food, bekary food, potato, cold beverages, more intake of tea or, sugar and sugar processed food Do yoga regularly Start with simple Surya namaskar 5 cycle daily and gradually increase the number of Surya namaskar Do walking regularly atleast 5000 steps Do pranayama daily Do kapalbhati daily Have more water, leafy green Veggies, sprout more salad Take butter milk daily Take tab shivagutika 1 bd after food Nashtapushpantaka rasa 1tid after food Phalasarpi 1 tsp with milk Varunadi kashaya 15 ml bd before food If possible visit the nearby panchakarma centre and take one course of Virechana karma as your having this problem for longer duration so Virechana help to reduce the toxins from your body and help to balance the hormone Along with Virechana karma you can also take uttara basti or yapana basti or Niruha basti

1st better to analyse what is the root cause of your problem. And also better get a scan and few blood test. USG abdomen Thyroid profile. Check whether your food habits are right. If you're eating too much of spicy, sour & salty foods, stop it immediately. Or if you're having too much of paneer Or cheese also it's not good for your condition. Check whether your gut health is good or else correct it 1st. Some of my suggestions - 1) Restone Tab (1-0-1) Before food with jeera water. 2) Ashokarishta (10ml-0-10ml) + 20 ml jeera water. 3) Shatavari ghruta (10 ml-0-0) Before food with hot jeera water. But, as you're suffering from it since many years, shodhana(Purificatory) therapy is needed. Under vamana/ Virechana (Seek help with nearby ayurveda doctor) Later, undergo basthi treatment (Enema therapy)
