Kya sone mein koi dikkat hoti hai? Kya aapko mansik tanav rehta hai, aur haal mein kya aapne koi tanavpoorn sthiti ka samna kiya hai? Aapki pachan kshamata kaisi hai, aur kya aapko kabz, acidity, ya pet mein gas ki samasya hoti hai? Kya aap sharirik vyayam karte hain, jaise yog ya halki kasrat ka koi niyamit hissa hai? Aur kya aap kisi anya bimari ya dava ka sevan kar rahe hain? Ek mahine ke liye aap ye aasan Ayurvedic routine follow kar sakte hain. Aahar mein taza, ghar ka bana hua bhojan karein aur spicy, fried, aur processed khane se bachein. Ghee, badam, aur khajoor ko apni diet mein shamil karein, aur din bhar garam paani ya herbal chai (adrak/sounf wali chai) peete rahein. Ashwagandha (½ tsp garam doodh ke saath do baar) aur Triphala (1 tsp garam paani ke saath raat ko) lein, jo stress kam karne aur digestion ko sudharne mein madad karega. Rozana halki kasrat ya yoga karein aur Pranayama jaise Nadi Shodhana 10 minute ke liye karein. 7-8 ghante ki aaraamdayak neend zaroori hai aur sone se pehle electronic devices na karein.
