What are some effective Ayurvedic treatments for eczema that have worked for you? - #22157

Charles

I am really curious about ayurveda ayurvedic treatment for eczema because I've been struggling with this skin issue for so long now. It started a few months ago, I thought it was just dry skin, but leter it got worse! Now I have these itchy red patches all over my elbows and behind my knees, and it’s driving me crazy. Nothing seems to be help, not even the creams from the doctor. I’ve tried some over-the-counter stuff, like hydrocortisone, but nahhhh, no relief! I've heard from a few friends who swear by ayurveda ayurvedic treatment for eczema, saying it’s more natural and much more gentle. Like, are there specific herbs or oils that are really good? Or maybe dietary changes that can help calm down my flare-ups? I read somewhere that some foods might actually trigger eczema, which like, makes sense, you know? I just feel so lost. I even attempted some home remedies, but they didn’t do much—just made me feel like a science experiment gone wrong! If anyone has tips or personal stories with ayurveda ayurvedic treatment for eczema that actually worked or just any advice, I would be super grateful. I want to stop this itchiness and just go back to living my life without constantly scratching! Thanks in advance, hoping for some sage wisdom here!

I have seen many patients with similar complaints and 90% of them were suffering from digestive issues like sour belching, burning sensation in chest region, bloating etc. If you have any of these complaints please take care of your gut health. Medicines suggestions - 1) Patolakaturohinyadi kashaya (10ml - 0 - 10 ml) After food. 2) Manibhadra lehya (0-0-1 tsp) Before food. 3) Arogyavardhini vati (1-0-1) After food. 4) Vasu cutis cream for application. Diet restrictions - Avoid pickes, fermented foods, fried foods, curd, horse gram, any food that are hot in potency.
