For the past few months, I've been dealing with persistent skin issues—mainly acne and dry patches. I've tried different treatments, but nothing seems to help in the long term. I recently came across the concept of an online Ayurveda consultation and I'm curious to know if it could be the right path for me. My acne mainly shows up on my cheeks and forehead, and I’ve noticed that stress, lack of sleep, and eating certain foods (like fried and sugary stuff) seem to make it worse. I’ve heard that Ayurveda looks at the body as a whole and tries to balance your internal energies, and I’m wondering how this approach could help with my skin. I’m not sure how an online consultation works. Do they recommend specific herbs, oils, or changes in diet for my skin type? Is it possible to do a consultation without going to a physical clinic? Also, I’ve been struggling with my sleep lately, so I want to know if there are any natural remedies to improve that too.
