Urine infections, characterized by symptoms like burning sensation during urination, intermittent urination, and discomfort post-intercourse, can be quite uncomfortable. The persistence of pus cells suggests an infection that needs to be addressed. Let's explore how Ayurveda might help: Attention to your diet, which significantly influences your body's internal balance, can casue improvements. First, ensure your hydration is adequate, by drinking lukewarm water regularly. This helps in flushing the urinary tract naturally, clearing toxins. Coconut water is a excellent choice; it acts as a diuretic, gently encouraging urination without irritation. Consider incorporating barley water, which has cooling properties and aids in promoting healthy urination. Boil a handful of barley in about 2 cups of water until it reduces, then drink the water—this may help soothe your system. Certain spices in your diet can worsen symptoms; avoid chili, pepper, and overly salty/spicy foods which can irritate the urinary tract. Encourage use of coriander or fennel seeds in meals, as these have a cooling effect. Tripahala churna, a traditional Ayurvedic herb, can support the body's natural detoxication processes. A teaspoon mixed in with warm water, taken before bedtime, can assist with balancing Pitta dosha, which might be exacerbating your symptoms. Pay attention to bodily signals during intercourse; lubrication can be increasd naturally by consuming Aloe vera juice (be sure it's natural, without additives), promoting a more comfortable experience. If symptoms haven’t improved or you experience worsened pain, please consult a healthcare professional. Infections can have serious ramifications if left untreated. Ayurveda's holistic approach is most effective as complementary care to medical advice. Stay safe and prioritize professional attention if the condition persists.
