I am really curious about the uses of saraswatarishta! So, my mom has been dealing with some serious memory issues lately, like just forgetting names or where she puts stuff, it’s kinda worrying. A friend mentioned that saraswatarishta could help improve cognitive function? I don't know much about it tho. Could it really be beneficial for memory support? And what are the general saraswatarishta uses? She’s also been feeling kinda stressed and anxious, so any suggestions on how it all works together would be super helpful! Thanks!
