Hello Kumar, your concern is common and genuine. It is good that you are aware and want to address. According to Ayurveda, frequent masturbation can lead to depletion of Shukra dhatu leading to weakness, decrease, sexual performance, lack of focus, low confidence, guilt, shame, or anxiety over time. This doesn’t mean masturbation is always harmful, but excessive or compulsive masturbation. Especially driven by uncontrolled, lust or loneliness can lead to above symptoms. you can correct by following diet changes, lifestyle modification, and some Ayurvedic medicines, first of all follow a Satvik that is pure diet, which may calm the mind and strengthen the reproductive health include warm cow milk with ghee or soaked almonds at night Dates figs almonds ash gourd bottle gourd and seasonal fruits Home home made light warm food Avoid spicy, oily fried foods, non-vegetarian food, onion, garlic, coffee, or call, which may increase sexual desire, pornography, -stimulate mental lust You can take Ashwagandha churna Shatavari churna- 1/2 tsp with warm milk at night Wake up early, that is before sunrise exercise, daily cold water wash, especially the genital area Do Pranayam Yoga Sanana meditation Keep yourself busy and goal oriented because loneliness may increase lust Avoid being alone for long hours Start journal, whenever urges come-note the trigger Follow this regularly, definitely, you will find a positive result within few weeks

Avoid all that helps you think about masturbation. When you feel so sit and concentrate on your breath or do physical work or exercise. Practise regular MOOL BAND YOGA along with butterfly exercise. You cannot give up on any habit suddenly. You will have to slowly reduce the number of times you masterbate. You can do that by noting down daily how many times you have done and rewarding yourself if u limit and restraining yourself from your favourite things as a punishment if u exceed the number of times you have set a goal for Tab.
