Anal pruritus since more than 10 years . I want to cure this problem permanenatly - #22979

I am suffering from Anal pruritus since more than 10 years. I have tried to cure this problem with all type of medicine but theres is no effect. I am suffering from itching in some part of skin also and it is rotational. So suggest men to get rid of this proble.

Anal pruritus, this persistent condition can be frustrating, and I understand how you feel. In Ayurveda, chronic itching indicates an imbalance in the doshas, particularly Pitta and Kapha. Long-term relief involves managing these imbalances along with lifestyle and dietary adjustments.
Firstly, dietary modifications can be helpful. Reduce spicy, acidic, or fried foods that can aggravate Pitta. Favor cooling and soothing foods such as coconut, cucumber, and leafy green vegetables. Hydration is crucial, so drink plenty of water and herbal teas like chamomile or coriander infusion to flush out toxins.
For external application, you can prepare a paste with turmeric mixed with coconut oil and apply it around the affected area. Turmeric has anti-inflammatory properties, while coconut oil helps soothe irritation. Apply gently at least twice daily.
Internally, Triphala powder can aid in detoxifying your digestive tract, promoting healthy bowel movements, thus reducing irritation. Consume 1 teaspoon with warm water before bedtime.
Maintaining hygiene in the affected area is essential to prevent further irritation. Use soft, fragrance-free toiletries and ensure thorough but gentle drying after washing. Avoid rubbing too hard which could exacerbate the condition.
Implement stress-reducing techniques like yoga and meditation into your daily routine as stress can worsen your symptoms. Aim for a balance of activity and relaxation that suits your lifestyle.
