My hair is Graying faster Than faster after covid vaccine - #23379

After covid pandemic vaccine use this is not normal thats grow with age can i reduce it with some precautions please help me hair also thin too… I am too worried frinds always tease mewhat do i do i am 22 years old my mother and father Greying at 45+

Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits.
Cow ghee nasya daily at bedtime.

Second, consider using bhringraj oil for scalp massages. Regular oil massages can improve circulation and nourish your hair roots, potentially preventing further graying and promoting hair growth. Apply warm bhringraj oil on your scalp and hair at least twice a week before washing it off after a few hours or overnight.
Include yoga and meditation in your routine to manage stress levels, because stress can definitely affect your hair health negatively. Simple asanas like Vajrasana (Diamond Pose), Padmasana (Lotus Pose), and Shavasana (Corpse Pose) can be beneficial if you practice regularly.
Also, check whether you’re getting enough restful sleep. Improving your sleep by winding down with some warm milk or herbal tea containing ashwagandha or Brahmi can be advantageous.
And perhaps podsition lifestyle choices by eliminating smoking or excessive alcohol consumption, which could further imbalance your doshas.
