Murthy ji Your symptoms indicate a Vata imbalance, which causes:Nerve degeneration (tingling, numbness, burning)

Poor digestion and constipation

Circulation issues (cold feet, ants-crawling feeling)

Lightheadedness or spinning sensation (spinfree)

Firstly we will have to clear the bowel , to open channels of body Apply any of below ideas- *Triphala Churna

How to use: 1 tsp Triphala powder with warm water at bedtime

Effect: Gently cleanses the colon, improves long-term bowel function

💡 Safer than Kayam — works without habit formation

2. Cow Ghee + Warm Milk (Night Remedy)

Mix 1 tsp ghee in 1 glass warm milk before bed

Helps lubricate intestines and soften stools

3. Isabgol (Psyllium husk) + Warm Water

1–2 tsp Isabgol in warm water or warm milk before sleeping

Especially good if stool is hard and dry

4. Soaked Raisins & Figs

Soak 6–7 raisins and 2 figs overnight

Eat them first thing in the morning

Acts as a natural laxative + boosts digestion

5. Trikatu Powder (if you have gas/bloating)

Mix a pinch of Trikatu (black pepper + dry ginger + long pepper) with honey

Take before meals to improve gut fire (Agni)

For peripheral neuropathy, it’s important to look at the root causes in light of Ayurvedic principles. This condition could be connected to vitiation of the Vata dosha, which is known for regulating the nervous system. The symptoms you describe—tingling, numbness, and pain—often indicate an imbalance of this dosha. Let’s explore some Ayurvedic considerations that might be helpful.

First, dietary changes can support balancing Vata. Favor warm, nourishing foods like soups, cooked vegetables, and whole grains. Spices like cumin, coriander, and turmeric can aid in stimulating agni, or digestive fire, which may improve overall nourishment to dhatus (tissues). Avoid cold foods and raw vegetables, as they can aggravate Vata.

For herbs, Ashwagandha is renowned for its nerve-strengthening properties and might offer some relief. Take it in powder form with warm milk or water before bed to help calm Vata and support nerve health.

Abhyanga, or self-massage with warm sesame oil, especially on the feet and legs, can enhance circulation and pacify Vata, providing some relief from the pain and numbness. Do this daily, preferably in the morning before a bath.

Regularity in bowel movements is key. Triphala, a traditional Ayurvedic remedy, can help manage constipation and support Apana Vata (responsible for elimination). Take it with warm water before bedtime.

Yoga and Pranayama exercises are also effective for managing Vata imbalance. Gentle postures focusing on the lower body, like Pavanmuktasana, and breathing techniques such as Nadi Shodhan (alternate nostril breathing) can enhance circulation and relax the nervous system.

Please remember, while Ayurveda offers supportive therapies, these should not delay seeking a consultation with a healthcare professional if symptoms persist or worsen. It’s vital to ensure these suggestions align with any other treatments you might be receiving.
