I am struggling to help my son with his studies. He’s in high school, and it feels like his memory just isn’t what it used to be! We tried flashcards and different study techniques, but it’s like they all just pass through his mind like water through a sieve. Last week he had a history test and honestly, I could tell he had studied, but come test time, he just blanked out. I heard these things about how to increase memory power in students, which is exactly what we need! He’s always been a bright kid, but it seems like since we switched to online classes, his focus and retention have really taken a hit. Sometimes I wonder if there's some natural remedy or Ayurvedic approach that could help him regain his footing. Like, maybe some herbs or dietary changes?? I read about Brahmi and got a few suggestions from friends, but I’m not sure where to start. Anyone else dealt with something similar and found effective ways on how to increase memory power in students? Any advice would be super appreciated!
