which khadi shampoo is best - #25308
I am really struggling with finding a good shampoo lately. I’ve tried a bunch but my hair just feels so lifeless and dull, like it needs a boost or something. My cousin raved about using Khadi for months — she swears by it and her hair always looks so thick and shiny. I just gotta know, which khadi shampoo is best for dry and frizzy hair?? I tried one with hibiscus and it did nothing, my hair was still frizzy. Another friend mentioned there's one with amla but I’m not sure if that would work for me. I also read somewhere that some Khadi shampoos have chemicals that aren't good? Like, are they all natural? Guess I’m just really lost here trying to figure out which khadi shampoo is best for my hair type. Do any of you have personal experiences with this?? How long does it usually take to see results? I mean, I keep hoping for that salon look at home, haha. Any tips or recommendations would be super helpful!

For dry and frizzy hair, Khadi’s Amla & Bhringraj shampoo might be a good option for you. Amla, known for its rich vitamin C content, helps to nourish the scalp, strengthen hair follicles, and prevent hair breakage. Bhringraj, often referred to as the “king of herbs” for hair, is excellent at revitalizing hair and adding shine. Both ingredients work harmoniously to enhance hair texture, making it potentially suitable for your concern of dull and lifeless hair.
Now, regarding the natural aspect, most genuine Khadi products are renowned for using herbal ingredients, but it’s important to double-check the label. Not all products marketed as ‘natural’ completely avoid synthetic additives. So, if this is a key consideration for you, ensure the list of ingredients aligns with what you’re comfortble using.
In terms of seeing results, patience is key with Ayurvedic treatments. Ayurvedic regimens are not instant fixes. It might take 4-6 weeks to observe tangible improvements, as these shampoos work by naturally enhancing your hair’s health over time. To maximize benefits, it might be a good idea to massage your scalp for a few minutes while applying the shampoo, as this can stimulate blood circulation and enhance the absorption of nutrients.
Given the nature of your hair, balance is crucial. Incorporate a nourishing hair oil treatment once or twice a week with something like coconut or sesame oil which can greatly support the work of your chosen shampoo. Remember though, consistency is your friend!
If the hibiscus one you tried was ineffective, trying the Amla & Bhringraj version might suit you better. If things don’t improve after 6-8 weeks, it might be useful to consult a dermatologist or trichologist to ensure there aren’t underlying issues at play with your hair’s condition.
