Hi fatimaa

Thank you for the raised concern and clarification

So from my prescribed medication and your neurological conditions as of now take only Shatavari kalpaa

Avoid Ashwagandha and Dashmoolarishta

For safety purpose Shatavari kalpa is best and advisable from my side

Continue your allopathy medicine and take Shatavari kalpa along side

Thank you feel free to reach out anytime

STAGE 1 - DIGESTIVE CORRECTION (First 15–20 days)

1. Chitrakadi Vati – 1 tab – 15 min before meals – Increases digestive fire

2. Draksharishtha + Jeerakarishta – 15 ml each with equal quantity of water – After lunch – Improves digestion, relieves gas

3. Hingwastaka Churna – ½ tsp with buttermilk after meals twice daily – For gas and bloating

➡ After 20 days, stop Stage 1 medications and start Stage 2

STAGE 2 - STRENGTHEN TISSUES (for 30 days)

1. Ashwagandha Avaleha – 1 tsp with warm milk post lunch – Improves stamina and strength and helps gain weight

2. Shatavari Kalpa – 1 tsp with milk at bedtime – Nourishes all tissues

3. Saraswarista + Dashmoolarista – 15 ml each with equal quantity of water – After dinner – Fights fatigue, nerve pain and improves sleep quality

STAGE 3 - REJUVENATION AND WEIGHT GAIN BOOST (After 30 days of Stage 2) Add these 2 medicines to above Stage 2 medications. Stage 2 should be continued with this after 30 days.

Before considering the consumption of Ashwagandha Avaleha, Shatavari Kalpa among others, it’s crucial to ensure there are no interactions with your current neurological medications Oxcarbazepine and Lacosamide. Ashwagandha, known for its adaptogenic properties, may potentially interact with medications affecting the nervous system. Therefore, considering your neurological condition, it’s important to consult with Dr. Maitri or another healthcare professional who is aware of your complete medical history to avoid adverse effects or interactions.

For Ashwagandha Ghrita and Dashmoolarishta, similar precautions should be taken. Ashwagandha Ghrita has a nourishing and calming effect on the nervous system; however, since its interaction with your medications isn’s well-documented, professional advice is advised. Dashmoolarishta is generally used for its tonic properties, but without specific insights into your current health status, it’s best to seek personalized advice from a qualified ayurvedic practitioner.

Regarding brand selection, ensure they have certifications indicating good manufacturing practices. While some brands offer vegetarian options, again, consulting with your healthcare provider will ensure it aligns with your dietary requirements and health needs.

Make sure to discuss thoroughly with your doctor the possible benefits and risks of introducing these supplements alongside your current medication regime. Sometimes, even natural supplements can lead to unwanted side effects, especially in complex conditions like neurological disorders. Safety must be your top priority, considering existing health conditions and ongoing treatments.
