Khane ke baad gale me fasa fasa sa feel hone ki वजह weak agni aur aur vata dosha vikar ka ho sakta hai. Weak digestive fire yaani agni weak hone par aahar theek se pach nahi pata, jisse Ama ka nirma kevat hai, jo apka samasya ka mool karan ho sakta hai.

Gale ka dukh aur gas ka banta pudina behtar dikhte hai, guna beneficial ho sakta hai. Rozana pudina ka sevan karna rog ke nivaran mein madadgar hoga. Aap ek cup garam paani me pudina ke patte dal kar, usse achhi tarah se boil kare. 15 minute ke baad ishe chhan kar thik kar le, aur 2-3 bar din bhar piye.

Saath hi, hing aur trikatu choorna (saunth, kali mirch, pippli) ka sevan karna bhi pachak aagni ko sudharne me sahayak ho sakta hai. Ishe टैबलेट्स ya चूर्ण रूप मे लिजिये और खाली पेट पानी के साथ le sakte hai.

Yoga aur pranayama ko apne regular routine mein shamil kare. Anulom-Vilom pranayama vihar vata shamak aur shvasan pranali ko durust karta hai. Isse subah khali peht 15-20 minute zaruri se kare.

Diet me garam or halka bhoja in opt kare jaise ki moong dal ka pani, daliya aur ghada ansana jalsa menu apne se exclude kare.

Agar dr. ne aapko sinus problem ya allergy bola hai, to ispe bhi dhyan dena zaruri hai. Jeevan shailee mein acche health ke liye, dhool ya polen waale area se door rahna faydemand hoga.

Lekin, kuch symptoms hai jo serious bhi ho sakte hai, jaise bhut zyada dard, fever ya koi aur bimari ke aasan bhag ho sakte hai. Us condition ko dhyan me rkhtee huye turant medical advise lena fayademand hoga.

When you constantly feel something stuck in your throat and experience gas the issue may relate to an imbalance of kapha dosha, which can cause mucus build-up, and poor digestion, influenced by ama (toxins) reducing agni, your digestive fire. In Siddha-Ayurveda, addressing this requires balancing your kapha and enhancing digestive process.

Consider trying trikatu churna which is a combination of black pepper, long pepper, and ginger, to boost your digestion. Take half a teaspoon with honey a half hour before your meals. This helps clear excess mucus and improve digestive health.

Nasya treatment may also offer relief. Apply 2-3 drops of warm sesame oil in each nostril daily. This helps to clear the nasal passages, easing pressure from sinus issues and post-nasal drip contributing to the throat sensation.

Stay hydrated but avoid cold beverages, as they can increase kapha. Drinking warm water with a few slices of ginger throughout the day may assist in clearing the throat. Dietary adjustments like avoiding heavy, oily, or very spicy foods will be beneficial. Opt for warm, light meals that are easily digestible, such as kichari with ghee and cumin.

If the situation persists or worsens, consulting with a conventional physician and possibly an ENT specialist could help in managing deeper sinus or throat issues. Immediate attention might be necessary if you experience difficulty breathing or swallowing, as these could indicate more serious underlying conditions. Balance is key, so consider these adjustments carefully within the context of your overall lifestyle and health.

Thanks so much for clarifying this! I had no idea mixing meds could be risky. I'll stick to my doctor's meds and look into Ayurveda separately.
